Strongest yields
The Gulf leads: Dubai apartments averaged about 7% gross in 2025 with Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah higher still, followed by Liverpool among the UK cities.
Residency attached to the purchase
The UAE from AED 750,000, Turkey from $200,000, Qatar from about $200,000. Europe no longer plays this game.
